This is a standard practice in ecommerce due to the unique nature of custom products.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes — for non-personalized items only.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
